Byron’s has been making authentic American barbecue since 1957, when Byron Charleon started selling the homemade BBQ recipe that made him famous in his hometown for years.
We still do it the same way he did back then: by slowly smoking quality meat over an open-pit hardwood fire and slathering on our signature spicy-sweet sauce. We don’t add a bunch of extra preservatives—just a quick freeze to make sure you get a great product without all the added chemicals.
Today, we continue to honor Byron’s dedication to flavor and quality in every package of Byron’s BBQ, made on the same plot of land in Gallatin, Tennessee, where he set up his first smokehouse. That’s an American legacy we’re proud of.
