Meaty Cheesy BBQ Sandwich
Servings: 4-8
Mans Meaty Cheesy BBQ Sandwich
3 lbs. Byron's Pork BBQ, thawed
8 slices Texas toast, toasted
8 slices Provolone cheese (also great with pepper jack, cheddar, or smoked Gouda)
4 tablespoons Spicy mustard
  Sliced dill pickles (optional)

1.  Heat BBQ according to package directions. In the final two minutes of cooking, top with the cheese slices until melted.
2.  Spread mustard on 4 of the slices of toasted bread.
3.  Divide the cheesy BBQ between the four slices (this is a meaty sandwich!).
4.  Add pickles if desired before topping with the remaining slices of toast.
5.  Serve hot.
