BBQ Pulled Pork Loaded Fries
Servings: 4-6
BBQ Pulled Pork Fries

1. Bake fries according to package instructions.
2. While fries are baking, sauté mushrooms and onions with a little bit of salt and pepper until onions
become transparent. Add pulled pork and sauté onions, mushrooms, and pork together for about 10 minutes.
3. Once fully baked, lay out fries in an oven-safe serving dish, spreading them evenly. Top them off with pulled pork mixture. Top dish off with shredded cheese and put it back in the oven until cheese is melted. (You can also set it under the broiler.)
4. Sprinkle with some chopped chives and serve.
