BBQ Pork and Beans
Servings: 4-6
1 lb. Byron's Pork BBQ, thawed
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
½ medium Onion, diced
½ Green pepper, seeded and diced
1 (24-ounce) can Baked beans
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

1.  In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil, onion, and green pepper.
2.  Sauté, stirring often, until onions are tender (about 5 minutes).
3.  Stir in the BBQ and beans.
4.  Cook, stirring occasionally, until beans and meat are hot (about 8-10 minutes).
5.  Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
