BBQ Mac and Cheese
Servings: 4-6
2 pounds Byron's Pork BBQ, thawed
12 ounces Velveeta® cheese, cubed
1 cup Heavy whipping cream
1 (16-ounce) Box elbow noodles, cooked just less than al dente
optional Chopped green onion for garnish

1.  Heat BBQ according to package directions and keep warm.
2.  In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, add cheese and heavy cream.
3.  Cook, stirring often, until mixture becomes creamy and smooth.
4.  Stir in noodles until completely coated.
5.  Fold in BBQ.
6.  Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with green onion and serve hot.
