- Remove thawed BBQ from package, and in a medium mixing bowl separate BBQ into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
- In a medium sized saucepan over medium heat, sauté onions until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add green chiles and chili seasoning and sauté, stirring often, for 1 minute more.
- Stir in chili beans, tomatoes, and pork. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
- To serve, ladle hot chili into bowls and garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, and chopped scallions if desired.
