BBQ Caesar Salad

Barbecued Brisket Caesar Salad
1 lb. Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ
1 (10 oz.) package Romaine Lettuce, washed and chopped
1/4 cup Caesar Salad Dressing, or more according to taste
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
  1. Heat barbecue according to package directions, and keep warm.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing. Toss to coat.
  3. To serve, evenly distribute salad among 4 bowls. Divide barbecue among the salads. Top with croutons and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve immediately.
